CALLED IT: Four Square Tweets
In October, I predicted that a bunch of people would go to Twitter and make a bunch of Four Square parody tweets about government officials being ousted on Election Day.
I don’t know if that actually happened in November, but with the amount of congressional seats that changed color that night, I think it was probable.
Anyway, in February after the Egyptians held public demonstrations their president finally stepped down which prompted top retweets like this:

So…next on the list is sarcalics. Let’s do this!
Election Day Four Square Tweets: 2010 & 2012
Expect to see “just ousted” as a trending topic on Twitter as people write “Bill White just ousted Rick Perry as Governor of Texas” or “Christine O’Donnell just ousted Chris Coons as US Senator of United States” as the polling numbers come in on Election Night.
